By submitting an order, you are accepting the Terms and Conditions of the HappyHappySue.com web site. Please read these terms of sale carefully before placing your order and retain a copy of these terms and your order for future reference. You may find it helpful to print a copy of these terms and conditions for your information.
Your order will be dispatched to the delivery address supplied by you at the checkout. A copy of the order will be emailed to you once you have completed the checkout and paid for the item. If you wish to amend any of the delivery details you need to notify us by email at info@happyhappysue.com before noon. After this time your parcel will have been prepared for dispatch and amendments cannot be made.
New ranges are released by our Suppliers throughout the year. You are welcome to pre-order and reserve new and/or rare items in advance. These items are indicated by the phrase AVAILABLE TO PRE-ORDER. Please check the item information carefully for the estimated dispatch date of these items. We will dispatch pre-order items as soon as they arrive into stock. If your order consists of standard items and pre-order items, your order will be held until the pre-order items are ready for dispatch.
We dispatch all orders within 24 hours of order. All orders placed Monday-Friday before noon will be dispatched the same day. Please allow FIVE working days for the arrival of your parcel(s). Multiple shipments may arrive on different days.
PLEASE NOTE: YOUR ORDER MAY BE DELIVERED IN MORE THAN ONE PARCEL. PLEASE CHECK THE DOCUMENTATION WITH YOUR PARCEL FOR MORE INFORMATION. YOU ARE NOT CHARGED FOR MULTIPLE PARCEL DELIVERY.
Courier delivery is only available Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays), a signature will be required on receipt.
Please DO NOT sign for a parcel that has been damaged in transit. Inform the delivery driver that you are refusing the parcel and it will then be returned to us. We CANNOT accept claims for damaged items if the recipient has signed for the parcel, an indication that it has been received in good condition.

Faulty Items
In the unlikely event you receive an item that is faulty please contact our customer services department, by email within 30 days of purchase and we will arrange a replacement – info@happyhappysue.com
Unwanted Items/ Items Purchased in Error
We will happily refund items bought in error within 28 days of the purchase date. All we ask is that the items are returned in their original unopened packaging in a resalable condition, with a copy of your invoice.
