General Terms and Conditions

We dispatch all orders within 24 hours of order. Small parcels are shipped via Royal Mail. Large parcels are shipped via Parcelforce and delivered Monday-Friday, a signature will be required on receipt.

Returns Policy

Here at Happy Happy Sue we want you to be totally satisified with your purchase. If you wish to return your item, please use a trackable postage method (proof of posting is not proof of delivery).
Provided the item is received in a resaleable condition you will be refunded the full purchase price. All returns must be received within 14 days of the original sale. We do not refund postage costs.

Damaged Items
Please DO NOT sign for items that have been damaged in transit. Ask the delivery driver to return the item to us and we will immediately dispatch a replacement. We can not accept claims for damaged items if the recipient has signed for the parcel, indicating that it has been received in good condition.
